Graham & Brooks offers rentals of pieces for home staging, movie sets, weddings, and other events.

• All rentals are based on a seven-day rental periods. (Long term rentals can be discussed)
• Rates are based on 20% of the retail value.
• Proper identification is required with rental contract.
• 13% HST is applied to all invoices.
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own pick-up and delivery. We may offer this service for a fee.
• Payment is required upon pick-up.
• Items that are damaged will be charged at 100% of the retail price and payable upon return of the items.
