Shipping Policy

We strive to process all orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our items are shipped with Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canpar, and other local providers.

Delivery of Large Items

Items that are too large/heavy/bulky for a standard carrier will have “local pick up preferred” indicated in the item listing. We encourage you to obtain a shipping quote from JV Pegg (905-631-9001) for these items prior to making a purchase to avoid any surprises. To obtain a shipping quote, we will provide you with size measurements, and a jpeg of the item – please contact us at We will respond to your message as soon as possible.

Local Pick up

We have both loading dock and ground floor access for pick-up of large items.

If selecting local pick up, we can hold your order for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days, you will need to contact JV Pegg for pick-up and delivery of the item.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally! We recommend obtaining a shipping quote for any large items prior to purchase.

Can I combine shipping for multiple purchases?

Maybe. Depending on the size and weight of each item, it may or may not be possible to put all items into one box. We do our best to consolidate items and we take the utmost care to ensure items arrive safely.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

Please contact us at and include pictures of the damage. We will work with you to make this right.

Potential Service Interruptions

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have noticed longer than usual shipping times. Please note that once an item is shipped the speed of the delivery is beyond our control. We recommend that you contact the shipping carrier with any questions that you may have using your provided tracking number.
