All our furniture comes with a minimum of 1 year manufacturers warranty. For your peace of mind, we offer furniture stain protection from The Excelsior™ ALL Stain Experience.
“Excelsior has you covered against all accidental stains with a pre-paid 10-year* service plan. Caring for your furniture has never been easier.
The Excelsior ALL Stain Experience is a pre-paid 10* year service plan that has you covered against ALL accidental stains on upholstery and includes a specially formulated care kit for in-home care and maintenance of the upholstery on your furniture.
For the first 5 years, we’ll send a technician to remove the stain. If the stain persists, then we’ll repair it. If it can’t be repaired, then we’ll replace it!
After 5 years, we’ll send a technician to do stain removal only, for an additional five years. Got a Stain? Clean it using the specially formulated care kit included with your service plan.” -Excelsior ™
